Clovelly Golf Club is a special place. With 100 years of his...tory, it remains one of the more picturesque tracks in the Western Cape, with magnificent view of the Silvermine mountain and river. Originally a naval officers’ accommodation, Clovelly Golf Club was built-out to 18 holes in 1933. It is not a long golf course by modern standards, but remains a challenging day out with the many doglegs that punctuate the course, with the elevated tees and greens. As you walk up the 18th fairway, yu may well see many talented young golfers honing their skills. Clovelly Golf Club is home to the Raymond Ackerman Golf Academy, developing some of SA’s finest young golfing talent. The facilities are superb, and anyone venturing out to Clovelly is in for a wonderful day of golf. Clovelly Golf Course is not just a day out to hit some balls.
